    Nice PP! Awesome chances, one of these times those are going to go in. Looks 100x better than last night. Someone needs to run at Modano or drop the gloves... they're just having their way with us physically.

    Stars making runs at EVERYONE. Not good for Sharp... for those who missed it: Ott makes a late run at Sharp and takes out his knee, Sharp goes down to the ice and had to be helped up and was not able to put ANY weight on his left leg. They've made runs at Havlat/Kane/Seabrook already... this has the makings for a line brawl.

    Avery almost scored on his first shift and also planted a kid that tried to make a run at him. Then he started a fight behind the net.

    I'm not going to go into the ludicrous comparison of your playing experience and his, but suffice it to say it's hilariously irrelevant. I was no where near at even 25% the level he is. But getting hit into the boards by a 250 lb person hurts... you don't lay on the ice and play dead. The hit wasn't that hard. I agree. He obviously wasn't that hurt. He seemed to be just trying to draw a penalty. That was a Crosby/Player from the Habs move... I didn't like it. He needs to man up and not turn into Crosby.

    9-4-3 in their last 16 games. They aren't that bad. Only 2 games under .500. Take out a 5 game losing streak when everyone was hurt and Legace was ass and they're a contender for a low playoff seed. Really, they are a talented team with a weird mix of youth and experience. No shame in losing to them. And in the midst of all this [expletive] Kane bashing, maybe he isn't a wuss, he's just too small to take a full season's beating when people are gunning for him. Believe me, I've been a Kane apologist since he broke into the league last year. But he's playing like crap offensively, and when you're doing that you need to contribute in other ways. That hit where he layed on the ice doing his best play dead impression wasn't that hard... I'm a LITTLE bit bigger than Kane and have been hit harder than that and gotten up. I also would rub people off the puck in my offensive zone during a PP when my team is down 1-0, unlike him. He is afraid of ANY contact.

    Nice post kujay. Obviously the refs were bad, but they weren't terrible, and they can't be blamed for the Hawks loss (even though the only goal of the game came off of a bogus call). The Hawks 110% deserved to lose... if you can't even score one goal you don't have a right to blame it on the refs. Thank god for good goaltending... on the trip Khabi had a .950 SV% like 133/140 or something (most of those goals were the 4 he let in at Vancouver). Huet has played awesome lately. I bet these kids are pissed, and I know Q was... can't wait to see them come out and dismantle the Stars tonight.

    Hawks deserved to lose this game. Kane, stop flopping to the ice everytime you get manhandled, you [expletive].
