up 0-2, three non competitive balls, hr.
-
please don't make four innings of blown opportunities matter...
-
bellinger looks human lately.
-
the sheer rockies-ness of these rockies has really kept the cubs in this series.
-
yeah I never said they were amazing and should never lose. it’s not like hysterical or something to say they’ve looked bad for the last six games. they have. are we really doing the “I’m the most level handed fan in the game thread” thing to the extent that you have to be like “no actually they looked GOOD tonight.”
-
not even remotely similar what-ifs. but the point is the cubs look very bad right now.
-
have to be rooting for the brewers to sweep the marlins, right? winning the central seems extremely unlikely at this point.
-
a dropped fly ball away from playing to avoid a sweep tomorrow 😬
-
and one of the guys assad walked
-
did suzuki get some kind of break or rest earlier this season? I’ve heard a whisper or two about it from sutcliffe 693 times the last two days.
-
on the bright side, I don’t blame ross for any of this trash.
-
second day in a row the phillies hit a dramatic game tying 9th inning hr only to lose in the 10th lol.
-
this might surprise you but sutcliffe is a BIG FAN of Luke little
-
I mean that’s a ****** break, but don’t put three sub .600 OPS guys on for free.
-
sutcliffe comparing assad’s cutter to Mariano Rivera’s. he’s insane.
-
I thought assad’s worst case scenario was a strike thrower
-
i'd be tempted to try little in a semi-high leverage spot tonight. cuas will be down, smyly might be down, not sure they'd want to immediately use fulmer back to back, rockies suck against lefties, etc. at some point, one of the guys not named fulmer, merryweather, leiter or alzolay is just gonna have to be a guy.
-
on the bright side, merryweather should be available tonight and cuas should not.
-
and also the double steal the Rockies gave them
-
just remembered the only reason they won was because the LF biffed swanson’s ball in the 9th
-
now to just easily and calmly drift off the sleep with my heart rate at a completely normal and healthy level
-
bless your terrible, terrible hearts Rockies
-
thank you for being stupid/terrible Castro
-
remember two minutes ago when smyly was in there throwing strikes
-
lol leiter is available?? Ross is terrible.
