    Yep. his .308 (before that k) avg shows he has no clue what the hell is going on. i'm not saying he sucks...i'm just saying that if he had even a slight understanding of the strike zone, he would be amazing.

    hendry's job is on the line more than lou's. if hendry likes getting a paycheck he probably shouldn't be doing anything that would lead to izturis being on the field.

    juan pierre is atrocious in the field. i thought he was bad last year, but from what i've seen this season, he is considerably worse.

    high pitch counts totally don't hurt pitchers.

    you're kidding yourself. Pitchers make the ultimate call on the pitches they throw. As such, they are responsible! I never said that the pitcher wasn't ultimately responsible. Why do you think guys like Greg Maddux always liked to have a personal catcher? just when i thought your argument couldn't get any stronger...

    no, and it's pretty obvious. i don't know why the hell nobody has fixed it yet. If it's because of an injury, it may not be so easy to fix...but in that case they shouldn't be pitching him. either way, he shouldn't be throwing side arm right now.

    if it takes him two days to recover from a 36 pitch outing, they may as well give him four days to recover from a 100 pitch outing. i don't know what the deal was tonight...
