Sadly, I think we'll keep saying that for a little while longer. Im starting to think that Felix is a better choice than Edmonds for the same reason that Gallagher is a better choice than Marquis. If your going to have a guy whose going to suck anyway, you may as well give someone who could be a star of the future on the job training than just flat out waste the roster spot.

The Dodgers are basically the Alfonso Soriano of teams. They've been horrid all season, but had one really hot streak thats kept their heads above water. We should take this series 2-1 while the Astros and Cards beat each other up, and the Colorado minus Holliday, Hawpe, and Tulo should be no problem. Lets dominate this home stand so when we go back on the road and forget how to play baseball it doesnt hurt as bad.

Sure, theres no salary cap, but if we end up with an owner without the deep pockets of the Trib, dont expect to see any big signings for a very, very long time.

Brewers just lost in the bottom of the 9th on a 1 out wild pitch by Guilleromo Mota. Astros down 12-6. Things not looking good for the Cubs. All and all, and pretty good day for the Cards.
