So I take it Murton will come up tommorow, and Friday, Kevin Hart will be sent to Iowa and Hoff will come up.

In all honesty, it seems as though Cubs pitchers focus so hard on not letting the big guys beat thm that they forget that the Greg Nortons, Corky Millers, and Will Nieves of the world are capable of hitting that perfectly placed meatball once in a while.

No. I'd rather not see Dempster get in trouble. Save it for later in the game when Wuertz is pitching or something. Drill fat McCann in his back. Or we could just spike Chipper in the quad with a well placed slide into 3rd.

You really cant feel bad if Chipper collapses in a heap and ends, or at least shortens his magical season, because it would be his and Cox' own damn fault.

If this doesnt send the Cards on a downword spiral into oblivion, nothing will. I want Pujols to be healthy. It's going to piss me off if they start to fall off now and all the Cardinals fans will blame it on him going down, and not that they are a huge fluke that would eventually right itself out. I'll take what I can get. I just want them to go away.

Huh, I just realized that. He used to be a pretty decent set up man, didnt he? Granted, he was no Marmol, but he had a few good seasons. Id rather have him than Hart, but I guess Friday, it wont matter.

When this is your best player, and pretty much your only consistant hitter, and your on the borderline of contention, I wouldnt advise risking him. Let him pinch hit if you run into a situation where it would benefit, but The Braves really dont want to rush this guy back, unless they think that Greg Norton and Omar Infante are going to keep up what they did last night for the rest of the season when Chipper collapses in a heap.
