Aramis Ramirez and Kerry Wood were both approached about accepting trades, and each declined. Disappointing, but that's just how it works. Dempster supposedly said he would accept a trade, with the Braves as choice 2 behind the Dodgers. If he blocks it, which I still don't think he will, not only is it not cool but it pretty much suggests that he either won't accept a trade period, or only one to the Dodgers, giving them a [expletive] load of leverage. Of course if it's all about the move to a city, Chicago does have another team, one in contention no less. Too bad they don't possess anything resembling a prospect.
