This is why I hate drafting highschool kids, it just my opinion but I think there is much more risk involved. Luis Montenez anyone? Highschool pitchers, not such a bad idea usually, highschool possition players = high risk. At least that seems to be the case much of the time. When was the last time the Cubs drafted a possition player out of high school in the first round that went on to have a productive major league career. Alot of people disagree with me, but I feel a great swell of dissapointment every time the Cubs draft a highschool possition player high in the draft.
