    Fontenot has been making me really sad lately.

    I'd like to take this time to note that the marketing kids at my school have a reputation for not being so bright. It appears that this may be a nationwide trend.

    I try to do this every season, I don't know if I got this in last year. Some great ones this year... Slogans like these make me appreciate the fact that people actually get paid to come up with these things. This year I was sad to see that perennial contender, The Colorado Rockies, decided to go without a slogan. Truly heartbreaking. However, there were some solid entries. The A's (my personal pick) who want to inform you that they are in fact the Athletics and do indeed play baseball. The Pirates, winners of the "three things that don't go together" game. The Rangers, with the slogan that sounds like it was taken from the box of a sex toy. The White Sox - I'd really love to see those traditions defined. Toothlessness better be on that list.
