Seattle would be wise to take that IMO. Putz is a fantastic closer, but they need a lot of pieces. Ankiel is an FA in a year tho. -

I suppose the bright side of the ridiculous contract offer is that it should become even easier to move Marquis if he isn't going to the Pads. -
