  1. For those inquiring minds. Certainly sets the stage for VJax. I feel like that's less $$$ than I'd expect.
  2. Colston is off the market.
  3. Man, Biggs and Dickerson + Wright are certainly trying their best to temper expectations on Twitter. They keep going on about how the Bears have a ton to deal with next season and so on.
  4. Buffalo should have a tough time recruiting big name free agents. all else being equal we have them beat How dare you underestimate the drawing power of Ryan Fitzpatrick.
  5. Some quick tidbits from pft: - NFL is requiring the Cowboys an Redskins to take half their cap hits this year, meaning the skins just lost 18 million on their cap for 2012. - The Bills supposedly want to make a big splash right away and have been rumored to be interested in VJax
  6. Tidbit from this morning's Bleacher Nation article:
  7. Updating rumors of the Bears' competition: Bills are supposedly a "dark horse" for VJax. Seahawks are in on Mario Williams.
  8. I expect that crassness from them, davell, but from you it's just disappointing.
  9. Man they are gonna get roughed up by the Heat.
  10. Same here. I think that'd be an amazing offseason.
  11. Sounds like Colston may well stay put in Nawlins:
  12. We can add a second tier WR though, like a Manningham and still get Williams. And draft a WR in the 1st, if we like someone enough. And if we don't like someone enough, or our guy is gone, then poof. So don't go for Williams on the chances we don't get a shot at a WR we like in the first round?
  13. Wheeeeee yeah booooyee I want Vincent Jackson so badly but I'm sorry if Mario Williams is out there, you have to do everything you can to get him. It's definitely not a surprise that Lovie prefers Williams over a WR. Hopefully they can sign a quality WR too because we obviously really need that as well. They absolutely have to. Williams, a second-tier WR, a 1st Round WR and some O-line help would make me a happy panda.
  14. Wheeeeee
  15. Loveeeeee it
  16. I hate asking, but who is Moon Mullin? Apparently a Bears beat reporter since the late-Ditka era.
  17. How reliable is Moon Mullin?
  18. But don't worry, losing a ton of cap space over the next two seasons won't hinder them at all, you guys.
  19. I wonder if Joe Mather can actually win himself a spot on the bench.
  20. Gonna have to disagree with you on the penalty not affecting the Skins ability to sign VJax.
  21. Meh, I don't think the Bucs having double changes much. Regardless of how much they want to spend, there is still a point where it doesnt make financial sense to pay Jackson any more money. The Bears should be able to afford that number and still run their offseason the way they are planning to. Very true. Good thing the only team that would likely ignore that financial sense is now out of the race due to their lack of financial sense.
  22. Wow the Cowboys have like no cap room at all this year. This is the greatest thing ever. Screw you, Dan Snyder. The Bucs still have almost double what the Bears have, however.
  23. Hahahahahahahahahahaha How much cap space do they have now?
  24. hahahaha Noah has the face of a ten year old there.
