And UMF's proud streak of not being the most panicky person here continues... On a random note: I've always wondered how much sleep front offices/agents actually get in periods like this. While I'm sure it varies greatly depending on the team and situation, I wonder how many all-nighters are going on right now.

I love lawyer-speak. "Function at a local club" is fantastic. Hopefully that's reflective of what actually went down. Certainly wouldn't be the first time this happened to an athlete.

I bet the Mincey signing is disappointing for Emery. I like the Meacham signing for San Diego. With Mincey gone, I wonder where the Bears turn the efforts now? I'd imagine they're following the Gathier and Wimbley situations closely.

I mean on some level I understand the Campbell signing because if Cutler somehow was out for some period of time and the replacement was worthless like last year, they'd look pretty damn bad. Still, a hefty chunk of change.
