    You knew this was coming. Especially after all the Bears need to learn how to finish a game nonsense. What was the biggest lead the Bears had and still lost? They don't lose like that. Their conservative finishes just derease the margin of victory and provide meatball talking points.

    Lots of good stuff here. Quade is becoming one of my favorite people ever. I'm not quite sure what good rounds means exactly but it doesn't sound like they'll be overslotting much. More international free agents would cover this, so hopefully they follow through with that. Glad to see they will take a year off from a heavy middle infield draft, perhaps make a considerable imporvement with power in the system.

    You're expecting waay too much out of NFL fans. I haven't read a single thing from a Seahawks fan (well until mhuber ruined it with a typical backhanded compliment) and will try to keep it what way as much as possible. Hell, you can barely get it from the "experts".

    This season will be depressing. I would have enjoyed a bunch of call-ups scrapping and gritting their way to moral victories.

    I wish Archer was still here now. Wouldn't mind nearly as much if they put Casher in the rotation.

    Between Hellickson, Moore and Archer the Rays have some serious top end pitching talent.

    How did it take me this long to realize that benchwarmer is the Cubs FO "stat guru" 2 things: 1.) Inside knowledge on Hendry's negotiations. 2.) Useless BA splits. Didn't the Aaron Miles fiasco teach you anything?

    Divide that by the total amount of DL stints and innings played in MLB the last 3 years and give us a real number please

    Auburn/Alabama Oregon/Nevada TCU/Oklahoma St Stanford/Virginia Tech Wisconsin/Mizzou Ohio St/LSU Oklahoma/Boise Arkansas/Michigan St No one wants to watch matchups like these? Each one of those games would be fantastic. I wouldn't want to miss one.

    Really? I am in the middle. On one hand it puts a dome team where it's most comfortable - in a dome. On the other the Bears don't necessarily seem like a team that thrives in the elements, so a dome might not be the worst thing ever. The Bears are not a cold weather team like the name/city suggests. But I'd take the Bears chances in cold weather vs. any team that plays in a dome or South Florida/Southern CA. I just think that both teams play better in warm weather/domes and the Bears are a better team. Its on a neutral field without elements. Therefore the chances of the better team winning are higher. Not having them play on conditions that negate their speed, as well as getting the game out of Minnesota both help their cause considerably.
