Yeah, if it doesn't work well, it's a complete band-aid. If it does work well, it could be a bridge to the future. The Bears are good enough to be playoff contenders next year. And if they are, maybe Tice has one year in this role then he's back into the potential head coach candidate list, college or pro, and his 2nd in command takes over. It's not automatically a disaster, depending on who that passing game coordinator is. Yeah I would agree with this. And now I'm intrigued on who this guy could be.
