  2. Jenkins rips it to RF, but right at Jr!! Inning over, now lets tack on 20 insurance runs, Redlegs!!
  3. Thank you for just getting under that one Braun. *wipes sweat from brow*
  4. And he ends up walking, and Braun up. 2 on, 1 down Pitching change for Reds... This has all the makings............ *puking all over shoes*
  5. 2-2 to Fielder was K3!!!!!! [expletive] ump!!
  6. You may as well have just said it's OVAH!!!!!!!!  Can't apologize enough for the jinxing post above. :-# #-o ](*,)
  7. Arroyo throwing BP now... (I think I jinxed it earlier. SORRY!!!)
  8. Uh, Arroyo... now would be an EXCELLENT time to stop giving up solo shots... or any runs of any kind!!
  9. Hardy seriously needs to wake up and realize he's playing skyscraper-like waaay above his head. ridiculous.
  10. Hate to be a downer, but considering the slump we were in prior the last 2 games, I'm not gonna be so fast to jump on another team's similar woes. Kind of a believer in that "karma" thing. I'm GLAD that Milwaukee is slumping and looking bad in doing so, to not be mistaken, but this could just as easily be us too.
  11. *putting the anti-jinx on this post just in case* Soooo, we'll get to celebrate "in 1st place all by ourselves" for about 20 hours or so (at least) - and doing so for the first time in about ~16.5 months... This Bud's for you, Cubs & Cubs fans!! :)
  12. Good thing the Comedy of Errors stuff occured, Reds just made a weak & silly DP to end the inning. 6-1 Reds, going mid-7
  13. Hatteberg FC's; out at 2nd, guys on 1st & 3rd, 1 out Valentin up
  14. What the hell Shouse... this is BASEBALL, not Dancing With the Stars!!!!
  15. Dunn BB'd. 0 outs, guys on 1st & 2nd; Hatteberg coming up
  16. SB for Phillips; 1-1 count on Dunn; 0 outs
  17. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Comedy of errors for the Brewers!!!!!!!! Griffey GIDP... no WAIT... ball thrown away... trying to get Griffey as he heads for 2nd... THROWN AWAY AGAIN! Both runners scored on the errors!!! 6-1 Reds And now a single for Phillips. 1 on, no outs for Dunn-Dunn-DUNN!!
  18. Keppinger leads off the 7th with a 1B; Griff up
  19. Going on a "just how they've done in the last month or so" basis... we could pretty much pencil in Arizona into the WS. How exactly they're doing it is beyond me (they're lineup [on paper] isn't much better than ours; if not even worse), but they have been playing some amazing ball lately. The streak they're in right now is similar to the way the Cubs played from mid-June through most of July. ARI won in ATL tonight; 4-0
  20. Going mid-6, 4-1 good guys Another quick "other scores" update: PHI 11 - PIT 6; top 9 ARI 4 - ATL 0; top 9
  21. WHY do you sac bunt the pitcher, who just about yarded the ball his last time AB, with 1 out?? And of course Yosty pulls Suppan immediately afterwards. [-(
  22. According to a Brewers' forum, Arroyo has only thrown 57 pitches through 5. That. is. Awesome! EDIT: Suppan nearing 115 in a pitch or 2
  23. HATTEBERG YARDS!!! 4-1
  24. Brewers went down harmlessly in the 5th; start of 6th Suppan still in; PC now at 100
  25. Dunn pops out, but PC at 98, after 5 IP. 3-1 Reds; mid-5th
