Question; Will the game start all over when its played, or pick up where it left off when the rain came tonight?? (Murton on 1st, 1-1 count on Kendall, in the bot 3rd)

Definitely not trying to make fun of the situation that caused our first SNB cancellation vs StL, but we need to be scheduled to play someone else on SNB from now on... 2 straight SNB games vs StL that got postponed... somebody is trying tell us something.

I wonder if it's more likely that people have 2+ hours drive home and want to get on the road? Very possible indeed (forgot about those circumstances)... but it has beep PPd, so they didn't get bad info. No worries, peeps... just means we get to spend a whole 24 hours, + some, at a whole 1.0 ahead of MIL! :P

ESPN (Jon Miller) still saying that there COULD BE baseball yet tonight - if they decide to re-start the game.

Just got home... so will we get the game in tonight or not? I checked the score on MLB.com at work, at 7p, and its was in delay then... checked exactly 2 hours later, still delayed... and still yet delayed 35 minutes later.... what's the cutoff time that they'll wait??

Seeing as how Ward is 5-13 vs Wells, with 2 2Bs, a HR, and 4 RBIs... I'm guessing we see him make another start in RF tonight. In fact, wouldn't be surprised if tonight's lineup isn't exactly the same as last night's.

nope. Without being right there when the play happened, it was hard to tell. He was either safe, or he never touched the plate with his hand has he slid by. I prefer the 2nd instance, being the Cubs fan... but alas, it worked in our favor either way.
