The 2007 Giants don't know what momentum is. Good point, but Lilly looks quite hittable right now. Even by this team. The Giants have scored the second fewest runs in the majors this year. They don't know what hitting is. We've taught them what walking is, so hitting isn't far off. Vizquel just mashed that one, so God only knows what a good hitter would do. As a side note to all this pessimism, I'm quite confident we'll win, but only if Ted gets in better form than this.

I don't know much about Izturis' personality, but some of the venom on these boards is uncalled for. Jacque Jones, for one, is an incredibly nice guy. I want him off the team as much as anyone, but some of the insults really are out of place. It's not like he's the head of the SS or something. Same goes for Glendon Rusch over the past couple of years.
