    I don't get it. He just had a 7 IP 3 ER performance which continues a strong season. If thinking he's done well makes me an apologist then... Ok, I guess. And it was funny to see Albert pose for that flyball.

    Well, as I said in the transactions thread, he thinks the Haren trade was stupid from the Angels perspective. If that's how he evaluates talent then I'd be pretty scared.

    Your suggestion is to trade a 20 year old, playing a premium position, hitting about .310 over his first 200 ABs? Because, of Lee? Lee is no where near the prospect Castro is. I understand Castro flew a bit under the radar, but the odds of him being as good are not good. The more interesting road block is going to be if Ramirez resigns and Vitters bat becomes ready for the majors. What do you do? The obvious solution is to put Vitters in LF, however, Money Bags is currently roaming over there and is not likely to be moved. Move Vitters to 1B? Trade him? Where do I say I want to trade Castro now? Young, .800 OPSing SS's are extremely valuable. If we have 2 of them at the major league level, dont just move one to 2nd. Get fair value and fill a need elsewhere. I don't think that Lee ever will be an .800 OPS player. thats true, and he's only 6 months younger than castro. we may expect something like Elvis Andrus with a little more pop? an .800 ops at 2b is pretty average. In what universe is that average production for a 2B?

    I love Marmol and usually have faith in him, but I am flat out terrified right now. Not really, I don't care about this season enough to be terrified. But I have a bad feeling.
