I don't know how he's considered the hottest team, when I've won 8 of the last 9 weeks and the only one I lost, I did so while scoring 333 pts! Definitely someone else to watch out for though!

Um, they were already in the division. Easy to forget that, though, since my team has disappeared for over the past month. You're right.. I should have said to the top 4 teams in the division.

Heading into the end of the season, looks like Raw and Tootielicious will be tied and up 2 games on the rest of the division. HBC and GHS will be tied and fighting for the 3rd playoff spot. All 4 teams have made big moves within the last week. The division has added Cain, Kazmir, Peavy, Cabrera, Vlad, and K-Rod. Santana Sanchez Saunders P- Volstad Lilly/Maine Galaraga Rogers RP- K-Rod Broxton Nathan Jenks RP- Papelbon Ryan Sherril Rivera Some pretty good teams out there, and think my OF is probably the weakest, although it's still pretty strong overall. Starting pitcher wise, HBC is in deep doo doo. The rest of the 3 have outstanding SP. Relief pitching, I think I have by far the best group, although HBC has a pretty good group. This should be one hell of a finish. I predict HBC will be the odd man out, unless he can by chance add a pitcher or two this week sometime. The schedule ends perfectly, with the 4 of us going heads up the last three weeks of the year. Good luck to all!

Added K-Rod and Kazmir this week... Nice!! If I can't add a 3b by the end of the week (Don't know how much I care to really because I think next year is Gordon's breakout year) then I'm done and my team is set for the rest of the season. Gotta say that I like my chances!

Just curious what you'd have offered? Davis is going to be a super stud. I made the offer today, Matt called and really liked it because of Davis... eh, if he's as high on davis as you apparently are, then he probably would have preferred what you gave him. i would have given him something similar to what i gave juan for peavy...probably would have made danks the main part. i guess i'm not that big on davis. Understandable... He said he was looking for an exempt pitcher for next year and a prospect that had the potential to be a huge bat. What's not to like about Davis' 30+ home runs thus far this year and his over .300 BA? Texas got rid of Tiex with plans for Davis to come in and take over his big bat in the lineup... At least he had the conversation with you about Kazmir. I've asked 10 times and he was "untouchable." :roll: I got the same response until I threw Davis out there.. He didn't like my other offers.

The real fun thing about it is that we all play each other in the last 5 weeks... Hopefully Oswalt comes on strong and stays uninjured in the last 5 weeks.
