I kinda had a bad feeling when I was watching Chicago's Q&A after their presentation. Onlly 4 questions were asked. They were: 1) a question about the cycling venue and how the distance from the Olympic village would affect the athletes 2) a question about the shooting venue and the unique infrastructure that needs to be set up to host it 3) a question two-part question if Chicago would be tough on doping (in which the Chicago delegation literally answered in one word "Yes") and what Chicago wants their Olympic legacy to be 4) a question about if foreigners would be welcomed into the United States without trouble, in which President Obama answered So two of the questions had to do with very specific details and a third question was answered in one word. Very few words were said about the big-picture aspects of the Chicago bid and what makes the city the best choice to host.
That was a very powerful speech by Michelle Obama. She looked like she was about to cry talking about her late father. And President Obama is always an awesome orator.
Santana was horrible his rule 5 season and was stashed in the minors the next year to develop. He came back the following season and was one of the best pitchers in baseball. I think his is the ideal scenario for Patton.
Apparently Guzman slapped Lee in the side of the helmet to celebrate Baker's HR last night and now Lee has neck spasms. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) http://sports.espn.go.com/chicago/mlb/news/story?id=4502934
Now that Milton is gone they're all happy and loving life. =o THEY'RE 3-0! I can't wait for the knucklehead talk radio callers to start spewing that fact like they had Taco Bell beans for dinner.
