    Why? Y'all are infinitely better than the Saints or something? I think the teams were pretty evenly matched going in and I think they still are. I was cringing at all the running plays Packers were calling when they were up 15. Passing is what the Packers do best, and they got away from it with that kill-the-clock offense they wanted to do.

    oh god. No dude its totally hilarious to gloat about the result of a preseason game that no one gives a [expletive] about. Preseason performance (which wasn't that bad actually) is a perfect indicator of how a season is going to play out. As such, every Bears fan is walking around embarrassed and unable to look a Packer fan in the eye today because they are so ashamed at how the team played. That's why chucky's words really hit home, because while we figured we were screwed after last night, this really hurts. lol seriously, someone gloating about a preseason game? Actually I wouldnt even call it gloating, because gloating implies that you are adding shame to the shamed, and clearly none of us give a crap about the final score of the game last night. Ok ok, I understand as I only saw the second half last night. But sports radio doesn't seem too pleased with their overall performance. Anyways, just trying to get the juices flowing early. See you Sept 25th.

    I'm never rooting for Georgetown again! This is NOT on Georgetown at all. The Bayi Rockets had a 57-15 FT advantage. That is absolutely ridiculous and the refs should not be allowed to ref another game ever again. Duke is in China as well playing the Chinese Olympic Team. In the two games Duke played against them, the FT disparity was 40-15 and 32-10 in favor of China. That is about as blatant as you can get. BTW, I'm Chinese.

    If the ump had correctly called Lugo out, I'm not sure that the Pirates couldn't have turned a double play getting Proctor at first.

    By all the reports I've read, yes. Barnett will either be traded or released. GB has a lot of money tied up at inside linebacker between Bishop and Hawk, and Barnett was merely the odd man out. Unless he's willing to take a major paycut, and possible backup role, I do not see him being back. I meant his career, he only played 4 games last season before a wrist injury.
