Yeah, not only are they not as good, they're hearing about it every single second. That's no way to help out the game. Players, coaches, refs, and league are at blame for this mess.
Isn't it great? go [expletive] yourself you giant piece of [expletive] Yup. Great. :) I still don't understand the psychology of someone who insists on being somewhere he knows he isn't wanted. Is there something wrong with you & chucky? Huh? I haven't even been posting all that much in this thread.
Ok ok ... I agree the Bears got the short end of the stick in terms of reviews that half, but those are the breaks that happens every game. You either are good enough to overcome it or you aren't.
My first Cubs game was the last game of the 2006 season, which was October 1st. Cubs beat the Rockies in a slugfest. It was a very surprisingly warm and sunny day. Great game to be at. Oh, and my tickets were courtesy of Vance. Thanks Vance!!
From my understanding the only hang up is Dempster's approval? There's nothing official to report because YOU have to take action in order for there to be something to report.
Apparently offer sheets have to be physically delivered, and the Rockets have failed in their attempts to physically deliver the offer sheet to the Knicks. This puts in my mind all sorts of funny mental images. I'm imagining some dude chasing after the Knicks GM down the streets of Manhattan like a process server, and the Knicks GM hiding out somewhere until the server leaves.
Batting average has nothing to do with walks, while batting average has a lot to do with strikeouts. I'm not sure what trying to find a player with a certain batting average and a certain number of walks is trying to tell you about that player.
Can someone who knows more about this stuff tell me how this affects his service time? Will we be able to hang onto him for one year more if he plays the remainder of this year?
