    .305/.403/.537 That'd only make him the best hitter on our team this year. Yeah, it's a real good thing we didn't pick him up. He wouldn't have been better than the crap we've had from CF or RF a good chunk of this season. nah, he would've picked a fight with zambrano and pushed lou piniella down a flight of stairs Could you imagine what would happen if Bradley made an error during one of Z's starts that ended up letting a few runs score? Geez, just give the guy a break. The more you read into this story, it becomes apparent that Bradley did nothing wrong. For some reason, he was targeted by this umpiring crew. Hey, if the truth comes out and this crew gets suspended for the postseason, that's fine by me. I never want to see Froemming at Wrigley Field ever again.

    One problem with that is them showing hits/home runs from the Cubs-Marlins series when the Cubs got swept. Aren't these supposed to be positive memories? One of those clips is definitely from the NSBB day game, which I thought really weird. I saw several losses in there...I guess it was more of a HR reel than anything. Weird seeing those Barrett shots. It needed the Derrek Lee inside-the-park home run. Man, that was an exciting moment.

    Man, that will be one fun weekend.

    Seal the cement, redo the field, upgrade the facilities, and the easiest problem to fix is probably the food. They need to fix the field and the concrete, but what really needs to be done is to simply gut the place and expand the clubhouses, replace the bathrooms, etc. Sounds like a lot of work. Not sure if it can be completed in one offseason.

    Never mind the ball's bad bounce off first base for the lead off single in Houston or Hopper's ridiculous catch at Wrigley to rob Ramirez. Am I forgetting something? Oh right, Carlos Lee's diving catch at Houston and Pujols being out of the lineup for the rest of the year. Yeah, Cubs only catch good breaks.
