    I think you have to use the DFA method and expose him to waivers in order to get him to the minors. Eyre will be traded, probably for a PTBNL in the next 10 days. If not, somebody will claim him in the waiver process. Zero chance anyone claims Scott Eyre off waivers. Yeah, wouldn't they have to take his entire contract as well?
