Miller gives up 6 hits and 4 walks and it's tied, you're darn right I'm ecstatic. but, but a 5.40 ERA with a 2.00 WHIP is never acceptable, right GOONY? Correct. It's an unacceptable performance by the pitcher. I'm ecstatic that they were lucky enough to still be in the game. I thought it was a quality start by Miller! He had less then his best and battled!!!! What exactly is Wade Miller's "best"? What happened today.

I see what you mean, but on the same token, you still play defense, though it's less similar to the real thing than 12". I think there's something about fielding with your bare hands, catching fly balls with your stomach Willy Mays-style. To each his own, I suppose.

I really don't find it to be much like baseball. In fact, I'd prefer to play actual baseball over any form of softball. The 12" league down here, I'm not sure how it is anywhere else, starts each AB with a strike and a ball already against you. I hate that. I just think that 16" is way more fun. I'm biased though, I grew up playing it.
