    Knowing our luck, probably Rupert Murdoch ok, i have a myspace account, but i would NEVER support the cubs in ANY WAY if murdoch was the owner. NEVER. That would be huge (edit: HUGE) mistake on your part. Murdoch is a very rich man because he is very extremely successful and smart with all of his assets. If any man can turn the Cubs into the Midwest Yankees complete with media hype and wins to boot, its a man like Murdoch. Don't let your politics get in the way of what would be a great thing for the Cubs. God, only a liberal can see a bad thing when one of the most successful men in the world is suggested as a buyer for the world's worst bigtime franchise. Shouldn't you be in a drum circle or music festival somewhere? :lol: I was thinking more along the lines of being owned by a major media corporation...

    That really is an impressive streak. Seriously. I thought it was rough when my local minor league hockey team lost 3 in a row with me in attendance. Yeah, and it's not like I've heavily loaded those games in crappy years, I went to 18 games between '03 and '04. The strange thing is, I've never seen the Cubs lose at away games. I'm 6-0, with four of those wins coming at Busch, one in Milwaukee and one in Cincinnati. I'm going to a game at Busch in July, and to a couple in the Colorado series. If the trends hold, I may only attend road games until something crazy happens.

    The streak continues! 44 straight home losses since 1998 in games I have attended. And to think, I saw like 8 consecutive wins before this streak started. I feel bad for Vance, who didn't get to see a win during his trip.
