On the lead-out for that segment, he specifically even said 5 games up. I doubt it, but it would be nice to head into September in first place, let alone 5 games up. with the way we're playing, with the way milwaukee is playing, and with our schedule, i could see it happening. You figure that NY is going to close the gap on Boston somewhat, and the NL East and West are two good divisions that will change division leads all of this stretch run, as will the AL Central, and AL West. Our's is the only division where I think that beside Boston where we can run away with it. I believe Ravech was referring to NL division leaders. I'd still take that. Being able to rest some of the regulars down the stretch would be very beneficial.
