Isn't it refreshing that it isn't the cubs making the bad plays? Although that ball was very well hit, so you know, some CF may have made the catch, some definitely wouldn't. (Soriano)

This game absolutely ruined me because, surprisingly, Marquis pitched well. Theres no reason why we didn't score more runs than we did, and this "aggressive baserunning" better stop, right now. I'm beginning to feel that every at bat with Jacques Jones and Michael Barrett is a sure out. They need to start picking up the slack. The pinch hitting was very interesting, overall the managing was very mediocre. But we'll see Lou hit his stride I'm sure. I'm just hoping we aren't crying over this loss in September when we need every game in the standings. Can't let more than a few of these close ones slip away.
