  1. if we're talking about who its "on" regarding any Qb switch, its entirely Trestman because no quarterback is going to take himself out of a game if he can help it.
  2. Umm...did anyone else get both first and second down not shown? Because...how the [expletive] do you not show that in such an important part of the game
  3. hahaha yessssss Do you think we could get another 8 minute long drive to bring the clock to negative 2 minutes and a field goal? that'd be cool
  4. the defense has done more than enough in this game (coupled with Stafford just being off all game long)
  5. See what? Doesnt happen to anyone else this is one of those things you keep hammering on about that no one says with any seriousness
  6. very good throw, very good effort, no score. Its emblematic of the game
  7. this is a very, very frustrating game to watch
  8. Ah dang that'll get overturned
  9. Hahhaa Cutler continues to make the 2010 "wimp" crew look so stupid
  10. Figure out some way to get a Td
  11. The lions defensive plan is real easy: blitz and since cutler lacks mobility and is a bit less accurate because he can't plant, let him check down or do what he may. Since these screens haven't been working that well yet, it hasn't hurt them. Looks like McCown is gonna come in now? Pretty miraculous defensive effort to waste if they can't pull this out. :-/
  12. This is an incredibly painful game to watch, in just about every way imaginable
  13. Not really. Offense performed as expected. The story was Rodgers. You expected the Bears to put up 27 points and McCown to go for 270 and 2 TD's on the road? I wouldn't have been surprised to have seen 27 points from McCown, I just expected 35+ from the Packers. Defensive line had a good day (pass rushing). Dunno how much of that is on the Pack offensive line, or signs of life from Peppers and McClellin. Shea still isn't a starting 4-3 defensive line though.
  14. Big swing and a miss by the Bears D right there Ok cool. Cool
  15. Just make sure to tackle people in bounds Wait that could be a problem
  16. Brutal time to get a holding penalty. Still surprised McCarthy let so much clock go down.
  17. I would say you shouldn't be afraid to throw here and try to ice the game for sure. I'd be a little disappointed if they just run to position the football for a field goal try, but I'd understand it.
  18. The risk-reward isn't so great. If you don't get it they get the ball on your 35 down by 4, if you do get it the drive can still stall without significantly affecting the clock the field position or the game. But the meatball in me likes it.
  19. Wow. Nice job What is the average starting position of the Bears today? Its gotta be inside their own 20
  20. First bad decision/poor throw, doesn't have the arm strength to thread that one
  21. You can really see McCown's deficiencies on throws longer than ~15 yards, the thing is, they've protected him so well those receivers are wide open.
  22. another couple "Jefferies" on that one But thats cool
  23. Still remain astounded with how effective McCown is
