  1. Lawrence Holmes is doing a training camp blog if anyone is interested. http://www.670-thescore.com/blog/category/training-camp-blog/
  2. lol...so pretty much what I thought. Talk radio making stories where there aren't.
  3. Can you post the text of it? It's blocked at work for a lot of people.
  4. Byrdak...Wasn't he a boss in Super Mario Bros 2?
  5. Earlier, I heard that Ortiz was on steroids, and I was like what? Russ Ortiz is on the juice?
  6. He didn't have the mental stuff...yeah...that's the ticket....
  7. Photographer getting some training of his own before we get to people that matter? :)
  8. Only if it's untrue Steve, that's the way this stuff works.
  9. You're right....the star linebacker calling the new star quarterback names is much more likely than a talk radio personality making up a story that gets someone on a message board to say "hey, listen to the score if you want the scoop". Especially because somehow, they're the only media outlet that has this scoop... Except this story didn't originate from the Score. It originated from Bobby Wade's mouth. Sure, the Score has their own story on top of this, and to be quite honest, the idea that Cutler and Urlacher had a spat does not seem all that unlikely to me. This wouldn't be the first time (especially recently) that we've heard of players having issues with each other on this team. Urlacher has a history of being a douche and a jerk. Why this seems so unlikely to you is beyond me. *shrug* Like I've said a number of times. The fact that nobody but the score is reporting the confrontation is what makes it unlikely to me.

  11. Usually I like Teddy, but that's really dumb if that really was him.
  12. Well crap...now who are we gonna get to play center when we get Dunn for Fukudome and Stevens?
  13. What if one calls heads and the other calls tails? I hope to hell they have a fight during the coin toss. I'd throw in an extra first round draft pick for that. You think David Haugh reads our message board?
  14. As an ace, no. As a back of the rotation starter, yes. He's been pitching well long enough now to prove that it's not a fluke. So did Rich Hill This is completely and totally subjective, but Rich always looked like he was about to hurl from nervousness when he was out there. I think he always a headcase waiting to happen. Wells looks and talks like he's confident, but realistic about himself. I don't think the situation is comparable. Wells may fail in the long run, but I don't think it will be anything close to the Hill situation. And he certainly won't have come in with the Rich Hill hype.
