    Yes The White Sox would have to put him right back on the DL then if they ever want him to do minor league rehab. I doubt they're going to stick him on the mound in a major league game after being out of action for nearly two months. Sure...but that's feasible right? SD removes him from the DL, trades him, and WS immediately DL him.
