  2. Rose seeing a back specialist today. Man I hope it's nothing serious.
  3. I don't agree with this. I don't think we can beat the Heat in a seven game series (as currently constructed), HCA or not. What does this mean? You think the Bulls win 0/10 times? Why would anyone think we CAN'T beat them? I can understand thinking we would be more likely to lose than not, but I don't understand when people say things like this, especially when the team it is being said about is as good as this one. That's not what I was saying. Obviously the Bulls can win individual games against the Heat. I just don't believe they can beat the Heat in a best of seven series. It's simple math. They have three great players while the Bulls only have one. I thought last year that the Bulls could beat the Heat in a seven game series and I was wrong. I thought that the Bulls bench would have been a factor, but Miami's bench outplayed the Bulls bench from Games 2 through 5 in that series. Not to mention that I thought Noah would have actually been able to take advantage of Miami's weak frontline, and he was completely useless. Until proven otherwise, I'll pick the Heat. I'd love to be wrong, but I don't see how LeBron is stopped at the end of games. Until Rose starts attacking LBJ in late game situations, I don't have much confidence in him getting big baskets at the end of games. LeBron is seemingly the only guy in the league who can stop Rose and that's a gigantic problem for the Bulls if they want to get past the Heat. Each of those games was close, and Rose was playing on a bad ankle. The Heat may still win, but I don't think it's as hopeless as you believe.
  4. Wow....Howard had 24 boards against Miami last night?
  5. Clarify this. Given the oppotunity, you'd take Paul over Rose?
  6. lol...he didn't submit. He just wanted to stop debating.
  7. Also, for some reason, Will Ferrell will be doing the player introductions for the Bulls-Hornets game tonight.
  8. Rose expects to play tonight.
  9. Kendrik Perkins didn't like Lebron tweeting about the Griffin dunk over Perk....
  10. quote taken out of context? maybe Im being nit picky but this (above) makes it sound like yeah he only wants to play for the marlins. this is the full quote: “It is too early to speak about that, but there is no doubt that I would like to play in front of so many Cubans in Miami,” Cespedes said. “Here, I would get [the Cubans’] support, and that genuine support is very important. But there are things that are out of my control and are best kept with my attorneys. “I am very happy to be in this country, and I will not deny that I would like to play for the Marlins.” http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/02/08/2630058/miami-marlins-set-to-court-yoenis.html Soudns like two different quotes to me.
  11. Yeah, I don't know what a "communication issue" would be.
  12. PFT says he'll handle the passing game:
  13. Pretty much had this figured, but NFL made the first round draft order official. A couple of spots are subject to a coin flip.
  14. So is Bates going to be the "passing game coordinator" then? Or will they hire someone else to pair with Tice?
  15. Well I'll be. That's a direct contradiction to earlier reports, and moderately positive news if you ask me. Huh...my reaction exactly. I thought they were saying he was for sure out of it. But if I recall, right after that Cutler had tweeted something like "don't believe everything you read".
  16. Just came here to post this. That's good stuff.
  17. He had a bad start, but with the exception of the Philly game, in which all the Bulls stunk, he's been great recently. He had like 5 straight double doubles, and the last two games, he's only missed a double-double by a rebound in each game.
