    Someone on twitter said that the two worked together in Oakland from 01-03. Kromer is probably somebody that Trestman can work with and talk to about current NFL tendencies and such.

    Apparently this was between Trestman and Arians, and that originally the Bears were going to announce this last night around 8:30-9:00, but that the 2nd interview with Arians went really well and pushed the decision till after midnight.
