Big Shot Oh yeah! Kevin Conolly's narration is grating, but that story is [expletive] AMAZING. I was in a hotel room, just looking for some mindless nonsense tv, and caught like 15min of the middle of that at like 1am...and I was too tired to stay awake for it, but first thing I did when I got home was find it on Netflix. Just a ridiculously entertaining story. Can you imagine how huge that story would be if it'd happened in the internet age? They also did one about the Gretzky trade to LA Oh that's right, I've seen that too and had forgotten about it.

I doubt it. The prosecutor basically all but said Kane didn't do it... Inconsistencies and contradictions...those aren't "maybe he did it" words. reasonable doubt isn't a part of the civil suit though, correct? Correct, it's a "preponderance of the evidence"...and while I'm no lawyer, from what the prosecutor said, it doesn't sound like that even exists here.

i don't beleive it's writ in stone. he might continue to suck in the first half next year. just want to get someone better into the rotation. Plus, even if it is written in stone, why wouldn't you want to get someone in his spot that can pitch the whole season, instead of just half of it? There's no guarantee that you're gonna have someone to fill his spot midseason unless you go after that now. -

Hell, Gamergate took that argument to it's extreme and has used ethics in journalism as an excuse for all kinds of horrible harassment. But that's getting away from the Kane thing.

The Kane lunatics on twitter think that those two were largely convicting Kane prior to any charges being filed. Roast is trying to argue in other tweets that he doesn't count himself in that crowd, but instead was concerned about the way everything was reported...something something.
