Amazing job, man...that's really a ton of weight. I don't have anywhere the amount to lose that you did...started about 30lbs over where I'd like to be...but I started doing small group training at the gym, and a high protein, lower carb diet about a month ago. Down 5 lbs in that time, but definitely adding muscle too, so I've been pretty pleased with it so far. I've never worked out regularly, but it's a helluva lot easier having someone there to tell me what to do instead of trying to make it up myself. And of course there's a pizza ad at the top of the page as I post this...horsefeathers you, google ads.
