    I questioned the Murton move immediately. I was OK with Hank hitting for Patterson. Cedeno couldn't have looked much worse up there. Horrible AB.

    Me too. I was born & raised in the Chicago area (and as a Cub fan), but I guess now that I live in Texas I am nothing more than a tourist when I go back to Wrigley for games.

    I wasn't crazy about the signing then because I wanted Pie to get more of a shot to play, but I only saw an upside from signing Edmonds. We really had nothing to lose there. Of course, even in my wildest dreams did I not expect this from Hollywood. He has played very well since the end of June. I hope so Nostradamus D'oh! I am not a smart man. I obviously meant May. It's a good thing I'm really rich and handsome. Oh, wait.
