    It would have been a disaster if he really did bomb Wrigley and do serious damage to the building. Of course, if he had to do it at least he tried to bomb it while Dave Matthews was playing there.

    Supposedly there is an ash shortage, so that is why MLB won't ban the maple bats. I think Bud is getting some under the table payments from the maple bat makers.

    I thought the MVP of the Dallas game was Mike Martz. After watching the first few possessions, I didn't think there was a chance in hell that Cutler would make it through that game. Martz was able to change it up enough to keep Cutler protected while still driving the team down the field. Simply masterful, IMHO.

    According to this we will be playing the NFC East on the road the next 2 seasons. Can that be right? Would we really play at Dallas three straight seasons? By the way, I can see Jerryworld from right around the corner from my house and I will not be attending the game. I have ne desire to be around that many obnoxious Cowboys fans. Whenever it says something like NFC East, that is the game that won't be determined until after the season. The Bears will play the NFC East team that finishes in the same spot in the division as them at their place. If that happens to be Dallas both years, then yes the Bears would play them 3 years straight on the road. But it also could be any of the other 3 teams. Thanks for clarifying.

    It was 1st and goal from inside the 1. Why do you call anything other than a QB sneak in that situation? If you can't pick up a 1/2 yard against the Lions in four tries, then Kreutz, Garza, and Louis need to be cut. They don't deserve to be in the NFL.

    What was the point spread for the game? Pretty suspicious for sure. They also didn't attempt an onside kick on the kickoff. They basically gave up with 4 min left in the game and only down 2 scores. A quick search showed the spread to be in the 26.5-27 range. I guess the FAU coach is just a [expletive].

    Well if the team was playing an aggressive attacking defense all night, then starts playing very passively and dropping everyone into coverage with a late lead what do you call that?
