I've been disappointed with tickets sales so far this season. Of course the monster chunk StubHub takes out of every sale doesn't help matters much. It amazes mw how much more Saturday tickets sell for than Sunday against the same opponent. It's not uncommon for the one day differential to cause a 50% drop in prices. Hopefully we can make it to the playoffs. Maybe then we can make up for some of these losses. Being across the country, I probably won't make a trip back to Wrigley until the World Series whereas I assume many of you will use playoff tickets yourselves.

That can't be right. I've heard 1.7 million a season which is basically 3 years/ $5M This is correct. $5MM per year for a coordinator is asinine. By the way, the dumbass student assistant (former player who had to retire due to neck injury) that threw a couple elbows at WVU players has been permanently dismissed from the program. That was completely unacceptable.

And now I see that Bleacher Report is going with the Foster story. I did NOT get it from there.

If my sources are correct, Bud Foster will be the next DC at Texas A&M. Sounds like Muschamp will end up at South Carolina and Brent Venables at Auburn.

The end result is right in my opinion but the committee mishandled how they got there.

They played Florida, Notre Dame, and Oklahoma State in non-conference. Normally that would be a tough slate of games.

I want Baylor to be left out just to see Art Briles lose his [expletive]. He already started a little last night. Even got in a heated discussion with the Big 12 commissioner for not naming them the One True Champion of the Longhorn Conference.

This is a great point. Ugh. Dave Leito left after an NCAA Tournament and NIT appearance, and that was before the program became the embarassment of high major basketball. What would keep a successful DePaul coach around besides a new arena? A last name of Meyer?

I think Muschamp is at the top of A&M's list and from what I hear we are going to offer a lot of money to get a top flight DC this time around. It will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Nebraska was pretty much ranked higher in every preseason poll than they ever finished. And the alumni and fans hated him. Probably the single biggest dick in college sports. His players sure seemed to love him.
