His constantly bloodshot eyes used to creep me out. I think him and Otis Nixon were all about some crack. I would agree, although Charlie would be the most overweight crackhead in the history of crackheads.

But who do they replace him with? I have faith that Hendry could find someone worse. If Pie isn't going to play, then I'd be in favor of a straight Johnson/Lofton platoon. Kenny should be good for a .350 OBP against righties. Is that even possible at this point? With Pie struggling at AAA right now, for the first time this year I'm actually intrigued about Lofton. Although his defense in center would be brutal.

I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that one of the best offenses in baseball can score 4 runs with the wind blowing straight out. Now holding the rockies to four on the other hand....

Why are you smiling? Because I know something you don't. And what is that? I...am not left handed. Yeah princess bride. Anyone else get a flashback of the Sammy Pepsi commercial. umm... its a silhouette, it could be either left handed or right handed. your either looking at the back of a right handed batter or the front of a left handed batter. Hmmm, I guess your right. But for some reason the silhouette just stuck out to me as the back of the hitter.

That play really should have been made. Not an error, but certainly a catchable grounder. Agreed. I feel like I've seen Wigginton let a lot of playable grounders whiz right past him. To be honest, I missed the replay. These announcers have just pissed me off since pitch 1.
