you realize he has a 148 ERA+ coming into tonight, right? What does that have to do with walking two people with a four run lead? Nothing. He had a poor outing. Sometimes baseball players have sub-par performances. You know, like in, the real world? He's still a pretty good pitcher.

NL leading No big deal. Among players with 50 or more at-bats, there are more than 50 players in MLB who ground into double plays at a higher rate. Lee has grounded into a lot of double plays because he's come up to bat with a runner on first so often. I'm not concerned either. He's just in a slump and probably a little bad luck. Matt V. for SD just happened to say "league leading DP" last inning after Lee's.
