    I liked how Lou PH for Soto, who has the highest OBP on the team by the way, in the 9th inning when we needed a baserunner. I guess he was mad at him for not throwing out Bourne.

    So, you need a baserunner and you pinch hit for the guy with the highest OBP on the team. I know he's been struggling, but still. I didn't like it.

    I was surprised Gallaraga stayed so calm. I wonder how Zambrano would have reacted?

    When he gets anything more than a single, then we will have a story. But the way he went the other way was pretty gritty. It was much better than Fontenot and those hard hit grit-free triples and doubles. That's not playing the game the right way.

    This is kind of late, but I think McCutchen was inside the baseline on that bunt. Lou should have at least tried to get the call.

    I'm still trying to figure out why Theriot didn't just steal home. He's about 80 feet from the plate when Davis releases the ball. His delivery takes at least 4-4.5 seconds. I think he could make it. he had to slow down on the 3-2 pitch so he wouldn't beat the ball to the plate.

    Doesn't Manuel realize that you're supposed to pitch your closer with a 5 run lead?

    On a pitchout, but yes. Soto has caught 4 out of 10 basestealers so far this year, but he can't play the 9th inning.

    I hadn't thought about it, but I bet this game will be blacked out in Mississippi. If this Cardinals game ever ends, I'll find out.

    Why can't i find any of these games when I go to Sporcle? I went to sports to try and find some of these games for other teams and I don't see any of these.

    So far in the second half. 325/384/597. Traded him and signed Joey Gathright. Gave up on him after about 250 ABs.
