  1. Gee such creative nick names you have. Mariotti called Wood Kid Rx and always says to stick the next pin into the voodoo doll of Kid Rx or Prior
  2. Yup. And the Cubs continued w/ their cover-ups on the glass doll twins by saying Prior is behind Miller and Wood is delayed 4-5 days w/ tightness under his armpit
  3. That would be the dumbest reason ever to sign him. OMG HE KILLS THE WHITE SOX FOR 6 GAMES A YEAR!!!! Excatly. He should've stayed in Minnesota where he can kill them 18 times a year I don't think Minnesota had any interest in keeping him. I think I know why too. He sucks, that's why. Twins fans are glad he's gone

  5. If you've looked at other parks, the girls at Wrigley are the hotter than the girls at any other park, Florida and California included
  6. Sorry. My boss told me he goes to the games for the beer and the girls, and a lot of my friends say they go for the girls
  7. Okay, i didn't know. I never go to games b/c all the fans do is get drunk and check out the hot girls
  8. No. I'd never make that trade. Wuertz is better than Gload and Sox fans will shove it down our throats in a few years when the trade turns out to be Garland-Karchner 2.0
  9. There is a rooftop on Sheffield w/ a 465-ft marker.
  10. The only intelligent thing he's ever said is the qoute in my sig
  11. I think he gor his deal based on Sox killer reputation. I'd have been happier seeing him w/ the Twins
  12. Dusty likes these kind of toys
  13. He hit one over the center field scoreboard. I think Sosa once hit a 500-foot HR on the fly down Kenmore Ave. What, are you on crack? Over the scoreboard? I remember Sosa hitting it, but going over it is like a 600 foot shot. I don't think that's been done. Yes. He hit it over the scoreboard. They were saying if it had been a few feet lower, it'd have hit the scoreboard. And no, it is not 600 ft. There's a rooftop w/ a 465 ft. marker
  14. That would be a nice idea, but he's old and he's got some injuries. It would still be a good idea, though
  15. This is where Jim Hendry should kick himself for trading away Jason Dubous
  16. He hit one over the center field scoreboard. I think Sosa once hit a 500-foot HR on the fly down Kenmore Ave.
  17. ^ Pagan is on the DL
  18. Giving JOnes 3 years was stupid. I'd have given him 1 year w/ a team option. And Pie, Hill, Guzman won't be up b/c Dusty likes to play unproductive veterens over young talent
  19. This is why the NL needs the DH, for morons like Johnnie B. Baker Jr.
  20. If we didn't have Johnnie B. Baker Jr. calling the shots, we'd have had a better constructed lineup
  21. St. Louis is HellHole USA
  22. My bet for the next freak injury: Aramis Ramirez tears a butt muscle on a check swing
  23. W/ Lee out, this should be the lineup: Pierre (CF) Hairston (2B) Ramirez (3B) Murton (LF) Barrett © Jones (RF) Walker (1B) Cedeno (SS) Pitcher I suggest this, b/c Pierre and Hairston are speed burners, and having them in front of Ramirez, could be the spark he needs to get going, since he can get some better pitches to hit. Murton has shown he can hit, and it's time to turn the kid loose. What have you got to lose? Barrett at 5, since he's turning out to be a great hitter. Jones should bat 6th, b/c w/ Walker's stick behind him, he could get some better pitches. Cedeno 8th, b/c Walker's stick will get him on base, meaning Cedeno should get some better pitches, w/ the pitcher behind him. Walker should be 7th for the purpose of helping get Jones and Cedeno going. Now the rotation. When the twin glass dolls and Miller return, I suggest the following: Zambrano Prior Maddux Marshall Miller Wood should be moved to the pen under the win-win-win-lose plan and we go w/ a 7-man pen Then the issue about the kids. I say Marshall, Murton and Cedeno should stay w/ the MLB team, and that it's time to play the kids. I mean, the Braves had 18 rookies last year and did fine. Either play the kids NOW or screw the future to win NOW
