    If Zambrano keeps up this winning streak, I think he has a great chance at getting the Cy Young.

    Honestly, who's going to want to take Rusch off our hands? In my opinion, we need to put Hill in the rotation for the rest of the year, no matter how bad he pitches. He needs experiance.

    Im happy about a new coaching staff, but I hope they'll have reasonable coaches to replace them.

    Its hard not seeing Barrett in there with his offencive production this year, but you can't expect to see an all-star from a team with a season like this. Congrats to Zambrano, he definantly earned it. Heres to hoping atleast he can keep up his great pitching.

    I don't see why Nevin can't stay on this team and play every other day when Lee gets back. -He can back up Lee when he needs a break. -He can back up Ramirez when he needs a break. -He could easily play left or right field. -He can even catch (i believe, correct me if im wrong)

    That makes me pretty angry since Friday is the only Cubs' game im going to all year. Just got to prey to the baseball gods for some exploding offence, cause were gunna need it. :x

    As attractive as it would be to get guys like Dye, Schmidt, and Zito, my favorite choice up there is Carlos Lee. I think the guy could put up monster numbers playing at Wrigley for half his games.

    Hes going to cost way too much money in the offseason coming up, and I don't want to give up some good youngsters just for a two month rental. Sooo, thats a no.

    Im not against the idea of Wood in the pen, especially after this 'soreness'. It couldn't hurt as much as it could having him in the rotation.

    Yeah, that would be great, but theres no way the Cubs sign Carlos Lee, Soriano, Zito/Schmidt, and Davis/Marquis. But we'll see what happens.. :roll:

    90% of the time Rusch is a starter for the Cubs, hes going to take a loss and he already had his freakishly good outing last time. :x

    I always thought that both leagues should have DH, or no DH at all.

    I'd say: Lee - .315 BA, 37 HR, 108 RBI, .390 OBP Carpenter - 15-7, 3.50 ERA
