    Did Baez have the biggest overall jump on the board? 66 spots. jackie bradley and jose fernandez are ranked above baez and he didn't have either one in his offseason top 120. barf on the cards having an elite hitting prospect destroying AA at age 20. at least shelby miller seems to suck now. also, the white sox system is God awful. no players in the top 120. really annoying that the draft rules were changed to accommodate [expletive] reinsdorf. the joke of it is, the white sox system will still be god awful. the 200 top minor leaguers will just be a little more spread out.

    they'll never sign a free agent pitcher again, but they never did anyway. if you were a pitcher and the rockies drafted you, would you sign with them? what happens if you spend 3 years in the minors doing the 4-man thing, a few seasons in colorado and then want to get the hell out? would another team sign someone that's spent 5 years throwing 75 pitches every 4 days with the intent of putting him in a 5-man rotation?

    man, the wolves. everyone said williams would be a bad fit style-wise (he was) but that he was BPA and they had to take him because the draft was weak, etc, etc. Now he's been there a year, is OBVIOUSLY a terrible fit, and they either have to move him for junk or just keep playing him off the bench and out of position. Meanwhile, they could have just taken Kawhi Leonard and that would have been perfect but noooooo, fit be damned, you have to take the highest ceiling guy.
