    Most Latin, African and Asian countries have a frightening lack of traffic laws On vacation in Jamaica taking the tour bus is much more frightening than any haunted house in America. I'd venture to guess the drivers in DR are similar. Best description of the drivers in Jamaica is they go at a high rate of speed, pass up cars for absolutely no reason, and also have no fears of driving into oncoming traffic literally constantly. Also 2 cars drive side by the in the same narrow lane constantly.. Hahahaha, we had our honeymoon in jamaica back in april, and just the drive from the airport to our resort was so harrowing my wife had her eyes closed.
