    well, he has been a dc for 20 some odd years for a bunch of schools. I wasn't happy with the development of the defense, niether was beliema cause hankwitz was canned. recruiting wise, blah... I wish I could give you better news. Purdue almost hired wisconsin's oc paul chryst instead of hope. That would have been a huge blow for Wisc.

    It's Bo Ryan basketball. I've come to expect this over the years. it could be Dick Bennett basketball, Tony Bennett now. What a change between father and son. that is so weird to me. I worshipped tony bennett when i was a kid. if you were growing up in wisconsin during the early 90's, you loved tony bennett.     The whole bowl season was garbage. I can only think of one game off the top of my head (that I watched) that was good and that was the Texas Tech game. CMU vs. Purdue was fun to watch

    Hey I just wanted to vent about my school, see what y'all think. So the Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers are 7-7 so far. Meh Yuck!! What is weird is that they have won four in row. What is even weirder is that they have lost or kicked out their leading scorer from last year before the season, their leading scorer(and rebounder, steals, etc.) this year, they lost their top recruit and second leading scorer(he left the team), and their second best recruit and forth leading scorer and 6th man(he left the team). The latter three left the team right before they went on this 4 game winning streak. Just makes you shake your head.

    The guy is the second coming of Jose Valentin. Avg to bad outfielder and infielder, avg power and typical batting average numbers with an obp. He also only hits .250 against right handed pitching despite his switch-hitting capabilities, and he is terribly slow. On a team with so many question marks and rotation problems, I don't see why you would give up one of the best AL pitching prospects around for an average guy like Swisher. Average? His OPS+ the last two years was 125 an 127 He is 27, and has a small salaried, long term contract. BTW Jose Valentine best year hitting was 116 OPS+ You post is what I like to call incorrect.

    Seriously, if any white sox fan is upset over this trade then they should commit ritualistic suicide. help the gene pool by taking away stupidity!! its a great move for them. i am upset, I always thought in the back of my mind that swisher would be a cub. just like thome, the sox take a player I really like, and now I must hate.
