    See my previous post. Sorry walking on eggshells here trying not to offend or say to wrong thing while making my point. Kind of makes me sorry to have revealed my background in the game. I still don't get it though. Loria is famous for low payrolls and throwing a fire-sale seemingly every time the Marlins accomplish anything. Going by what Cuban has done with the Mavericks, what possible connection is there? Its pretty obvious. They both have 5 letters in their last name.

    I don't really understand what Loria has to do with this? The Montreal situation also really has nothing to do with this either.

    I think Monday against your Oranje mob. Btw, Netherlands and Nigeria tied 0-0 so we are firmly atop the group. Excellent results today. I am pulling for the US in this one. A draw won't be a bad result but a win will put them through.

    I forgot about the game and should have woke up for it. Opening game wind are huge however they happen. When is the next game.

    I really hate starting a 2nd Joba thread, but figured this justified it. He had the MRI which is why he is now head down there. That can't be good, and would almost eliminate the Yankees chances should he miss significant time. Also I would really love to see an interview with Dr Andrews some day. Suprised he has never done one, but most everything good might be protected by confidentiality. Still he should have some cool auto's laying around.

    If so and the Cubs make the WS, I want Grace doing every game. Just imagine Dane Cook as the color commentator. I am suprised I am the first to make a comment on that too.

    I think it's a matter of Marshall being able to do just as good. And for less.

    They have a couple of legit options that could step up. Between TO, Whiten, and I think Felix Jones out of the flats to use his speed, the 2nd WR should not have a lot of pressure.

    He has looked excellent so far. He's been seeking out matchups against T.O. every chance he gets and he's been holding his own. The other day he caught 6 consecutive punts and held on to each ball as the next was kicked. TO is supposed to be having a great camp too, as is the entire offense. I am real excited about the RB tandem.

    I'm looking forward to seeing how all of secondary looks. I've been hearing good things about Scandrick, Ogelsby, and Ball in the early goings of camp. Courtney Brown has replaced Watkins in the 1st team dime package too. I've heard that Scandrick has looked great on special teams. I'm glad there are at least 4 Cowboy fans on this board. thumbs up It's nice our college football differences can come together for the NFL :-)

    It's amazing we don't have more Latin Americans on the team. They have some on the youth teams but it's taken a long time to develop.

    That's an excellent idea, I'd still like to see Houston sent to the AL West in the meantime to even things out. I would move Arizona before Houston.

    I think the Brewers make it, though I would like to see them out. I think the Dodgers over take the Dbacks too.

    The 89 Cubs had a real solid rotation. Maybe not as much talent but 4 pitchers who had real good years.

    I'm sure Selig and Reinsdorf feel the same way :roll: It's not in their best interests if Cubs become a yankees/red sox level team. It's better served they become more of a dodgers type I completly disagree!
