  1. I need to avoid Arlington this coming weekend. It is going to be there redneck heaven or mini GOP Convention.
  2. Great drive by Houston.
  3. Blind attempt of a Top 10: 1. Florida 2. Texas 3. Alabama 4. Boise State 5. LSU 6. Oklahoma 7. Virgina Tech 8. USC 9. Cincinnati 10. Ohio State You can flipflop Texas and Bama, doesn't really matter.
  4. They have looked great without him, he shouldn't play unless he is 100%. Though I know they would want to get him some snaps prior to the Texas game. our defense hasn't allowed a point since byu (that includes the best offense last season in terms of yards, Tulsa), only 14 all season. If our offensive line can hold up, we'll be hard to beat. Its hard to gauge a whole lot on the last two wins you guys had, even over Tulsa. The next two games will say a lot leading up to Texas. Baylor should not be overlooked the week before.
  5. They have looked great without him, he shouldn't play unless he is 100%. Though I know they would want to get him some snaps prior to the Texas game.
  6. 3 wins vs. teams with a combined 2-8 record. Two of which they could have lost.
  7. Stupid call Purdue.
  8. I'd be reluctant to say that when Bradford is getting examined by Dr. Andrews. Examined to get clearance to play next week.
  9. I agree
  10. Why couldn't LSU lose earlier?
  11. Haha, awesome job Purdue. Even if you lose, nice effort.
  12. Should be an interesting day of polls and lots of different top 10's. I have no idea how I would arrange the top 10 right now.
  13. Well my fear of Penn St. running the table and making the NC are starting to go away.
  14. Good to see Texas scoring again. DJ Monroe is very fast.
  15. He only smiles at home alone while plotting which team will give him his next large check.
  16. I think it all depends on what they are ranked. If they are going to get into the top 5 or make it in, the collapse will start.
  17. That's what "the call stands" means. Otherwise he would've said "the call is confirmed". I thought they just said the call stands in all cases in college. I'm sure refs have said confirmed in college and I've heard it in the pros but I can't remember hearing it in college. I've heard 'confirmed' a few times in college. The Big Ten needs to do something about this, because this is embarrassing for the league. You can't just blatantly hand games to the big-ticket team in the conference without repercussion. You really think that is happening? Indiana's failure to convert and settle for fg's over and over again had nothing to do with the game. Was it a bad call, yes. Indiana failed to win this game more than anything.
  18. That facial hair was disturbing. He looked like the little viking kid from the Capital One commercial.
  19. Moosman is one ugly kid.
  20. Can someone explain Florida St. to me?
  21. Torres could have his best season ever. The u-20's looked terrible this morning. They had no touch, couldn't pass or string any possession, and the backline was weak. It could have changed in the 2nd half but I quit watching. Dempsey was unlucky to not score and they played Arsenal great but not enough.
  22. Maradona is bringing back Ariel Ortega for a friendly in a couple of weeks. Next up is Batistuta I am guessing for him.
  23. Is Tom Hanks eligible for Krakhozia? We should cap him just in case. Yeah that Germany friendly in '06 was really helpful. You're right though. I'm just in a foul mood for reading that hypothetical seeding of Brazil, Holland, US and Cote d'Ivoire or however the snobby way to say it goes. The potential seeding sucks as it allows traditional powers to stay in the top seed position regardless of how they perform in qualifying. I think it will be good for the US to play a team that dominates in possession prior to the WC, thus why I think the matchup vs. Holland will be beneficial.
  24. According to the LA Times the US and Holland are in the process of scheduling a friendly in Holland next March. Exactly the types of friendlies that we need before SA.
  25. Thats because you can :-)
