    That means that the Chiefs and the Royals are pretty much locked until the year 2031. The rolling roof plan was turned down. But I don't think that will be an dead issue, as more than likely this will come back sometime soon. I can say that I'm happy to hear that the Royals are staying in KC, where I feel they belong. I been to numberous of times at the K, and I'd say that it is a very beautiful park. I'm also glad to say that they're staying, so that sometime in the future, whenever I have children, that I can take them to the ball game, and share my memories of the Royals, when I was a kid. Although I have never been to KC to see the royals play, I like the fact they are Royals are staying, a lot of good baseball tradition in KC.

    This is just like everything else at Wrigley. There's outrage at first then there is acceptence. Remember night games used to be considered the end of what is good. Now they are some of the most popular games. If that is what it look like I can deal with it.

    I noticed those "Young" comments. They made me ill. Dusty you can keep on saying I never had any young players before. To bad it's not believable.

    I just bought a $5.00 radio to listen to at work. Hopefully it can pick up the game even though reception in my office can be very bad at times.

    That's a great clip, if I forget what happened in that game later. Wrigley has to be one of the best environments for post season baseball. (Although it doesn't happen that often)

    Although I think Walker was the better choice here. Was this really ever in doubt. Dusty has never really liked Hairston. I think there was a little more to what happened between Hairston and Dusty last year then they admitted to. With Baker he either likes you or he doesn't. If he doesn't, you really aren't going to get a chance. While if you one of his boys you are given waaaay to many chances.

    Basketball sucks only if you're a communist I believe personal attacks are against board rules. I have my personal opinion about basketball and you have yours, that doesn't mean you have the right to start calling me names. This is a baseball website last time I checked. take basketball somewhere else. do you need a kleenex to dry your eyes? That's not necessary. i'm just joking around. it's not a big deal. no need to get your underwear all up in a bunch. Why did everyone have to qoute my original post so my typo could be seen over and over. GW - GM :lol:

    Thats operations management right there. It usually costs more to rush a project, so I'm assuming thats why some projects take forever to complete. Yeah. i bet they had to pay a lot of overtime. Especially at the beginning of the reconstruction, they were working at night a lot. Working at night in the winter, that's a job I would not work at. :lol:

    What I think is funny, is when a project must get done it gets done just in time. When there really is not a time frame put on a project it doesn't get done for years sometimes. It was the winter and they completely rebuilt the bleachers. Come on.
