    Actually we do not know if he was at the club. Those are still rumors.

    Willie Posey (Tank Johnsons friend) was shot dead at Ice Bar Saturday morning. According to ESPN 1000 their are rumors Tank was at the club.     I can't wait for the International Bowl on January 6. It was bad enough when games that used to be considered mid-level bowls started playing on January 1. As far as tradition goes teams like Western Michigan and Cincinnati should not be playing after teams like USC and UM. The International Bowl and the GMAC Bowl should be played before Christmas.

    I agree. Might be a long shot, but it would be nice knowing that the AGM reads nsbb regularly. Just imagine if they hired someone from NSBB. The Cubs payroll would be 300 Million in the off seasaon. Then when they don't win everygame, the Cubs would trade every high dollar player and call up AAA guys because we need to see what the kids can do. :D

    As far as playing this year he'll be alright. Next year he might find himsef in Jail though.

    There is like one game I will watch in there. FSU vs UCLA I will watch, the others not so much.

    I dont get the whole thing about "handling" the second spot in the rotation. He'll pitch once every five days like every other starter, there is litereally no difference between pitching second or third in the rotation. Your # 3 pitcher is your most average starter. He is expected to keep the game close. So your offense can win the game Your #2 pitcher is supposed to be above average. He is expected to go out there and win some games for you. When the offense is not doing their job. He is not your ace but should be more consistant then your #3 guy.

    I'm glad my Wild got that goal after getting ripped off on the no goal just minutes before that.

    I'm thinking if healthy Prior or Miller is going to be given the long relief role. The other one will get the 5 starter role. Hill will be the #2 or #3 starter.

    This is how I see it now: 1. Zambrano 2. Hill-I don't know if he can handle that role so he may drop to 3. 3. Lilly-He probably want's number 2, I don't know if he can handle that role. 4. Marques 5. You have your pick of 5.

    With the signings of Ted Lily and Jason Marquis I think that the cubs are saying to Hill your our #2. I believe Lily's a 3 and Marquis a 4. This is going to put an extreme amount of pressure on Hill and I don't know if he can handle it. Granted he will be 27 by the season start but he went from jumping back and forth from Des Moines and Chicago to being the #2 starter for the Cubs very quickly.

    Depends on the team. I think from Mid January to Late February is when team individual tickets go on sale.

    fricken Havlat. get back already. two close games like this, he probably makes the difference between 2 points and 4 points. He can stay away for just one more game (Saturday). After Saturday I will leave this thread until January 14th. I did notice the game Saturday is going to be on Comcast Sports. I like that. To bad it's a guarantee I will not be able to watch it on January 14th. Stupid Bill Wuerz.

    Not true all you have to do is make forward movement toward the goal. Guess what it was reviewed. Not a single Blackhawk Coach was questioning the call.

    Again, you are viewing this through a baseball prisim or through the eyes of a team that isn't ready to win. You cannot ask the Bears D and special teams to keep winning games for them like this. Keep? This would be the second game that it's happened. Rex has still won them more than he's lost. What games has Rex won for them.

    The Blackhawks are actually playing decent since the coaching change. Hopefully my Wild who have be slumping can get a few victories against the Black Hawks next week.
