I assume that is the radio one? How much do they get for that? I don't think I'm buying EI or Center Ice or any of those anymore because you don't get the internet streaming also. I think they're about the same price, and with the internet streaming apps through the ps3 and other portals, I can watch on the TV when I'm home anyway. With EI only, I'm SOL when I'm not home.

Stan had the right idea last summer when he tried to add "sandpaper" to this team. The problem is only one of those signings has panned out (Mayers). Look at how gutless this team is. Maybe we do need Burish.

I never really liked Ruutu, but I think it's more just because he was around during the dark ages and I hated everything about the Hawks. I'm a fan of the idea of a player like Gill. He's a -9 right now, but Montreal sucks so I don't know how much of that can be put on him.

The Hawks would have been much better getting Madden when he was still available than Burish. Right. It's got to be hard for Bowman to look at this roster right now and then look at who is available and pull the trigger. Unless he's going to make a huge move (trading a core player), how do we know how a guy (like Sutton, for example) is going to mesh and how much Q will trust him? Because the team looks pretty damn good on paper.

Probably, but Emery isn't the long term answer and Crawford has been terrible lately. Another note from last night. Kane seemed to be working hard through the neutral zone and in the defensive zone. But Hossa was absolutely useless. He honestly looked like he wasn't trying.

Do we talk to SJ about Nittymaki? Not that they would be thrilled about helping a rival. The holes on this team are massive. Apparently B-Mo wasn't the fix.
